What We Collect

When you request beta access to SkyTenant, we collect:

• Waitlist Information: Your email address and, if provided, your company name and role (broker, landlord, tenant, etc.).
• Attribution Data: Campaign tags in the link you followed, the referring website name (not the specific page), and the initial landing page.
• Security & Abuse Records: To prevent spam and automated abuse, we record browser type, submission status, and a one-way cryptographically hashed version of your IP address and email address. We cannot reverse a hash to reveal your original IP address or email.

How We Use Your Information

• To review your beta request, send confirmation, and communicate regarding platform access.
• To send you updates regarding SkyTenant announcements and launch news.
• To protect our forms and site infrastructure against automated abuse and bots.
• To analyze aggregate channel effectiveness and referral sources.

Cookies & Service Providers

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share data with service providers solely to run SkyTenant:

• Supabase: Stores your beta request data.
• Cloudflare: Hosts our website/demo video, runs Turnstile (bot verification), and provides cookieless visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
• Resend: Delivers email communications.

How Long We Keep It

• Waitlist Data: Retained until you ask us to remove it.
• Security Records: Automatically deleted after 180 days.

Your Rights & Choices

Everyone who uses SkyTenant has the right to access, update, export, or request the deletion of their personal information at any time. You can also opt out of promotional communications at any time.
